This is a family company, and I had one of the best experiences dealing with Sheila and Leo, they will always answer the phone and they walk with you till the end.
I shopped around for a while and hired Bright Roofing because they had very high long-term reviews and the best price. I am very pleased to say that I was extremely happy with their work! I would highly recommend them! They even finished in two days!
From the first time we met Sheila and Leo, the energy they exhibited was filled with honesty and passion. Even though we loved their presentation, we decided to go with a different roofer because the other roofer’s quote was less. But that was the worst decision. The other roofing company was a nightmare. They lied, made excuses for their inadequacies, were extremely unprofessional and after singing a contract with them, they hadn’t gotten a permit or started the job after almost 6 months.
We didn’t know what to do. But Sheila and Leo had left such a wonderful impression on us that it made us think of them when we realized we were in a bad situation. When we called, they remembered us and responded with so much concern and empathy and gave us amazing advice. That led us to deciding to go with them instead. From start to finish, they showed us they weren't just talk. They backed up everything they said with action. They communicated and explained every single step. Their service was fast and punctual. When issues arose, they responded immediately and provided solutions with ease. Our roof installation was done quickly and efficiently and the clean up was excellent. This was the complete opposite to what we experienced with the other roofer. We were waiting for close to 6 months for the other roofer to get the permit and they never started the work. With Sheila and Leo, they worked on permit and started and completed the roof within 3 weeks!!!
After the roof was installed, final inspection passed with flying colors and all is well. What could have been a terrible outcome had we stayed with the other roofer turned out to be a very happy ending because of Leo and Sheila and their business Bright Roofing. They performed the job with the utmost professionalism and are both very kind, good and hard working people. If you need a roofer choose Bright Roofing! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. We are so happy to have met Sheila and Leo and go through this process with them. We LOVE our roof!
I am amazed at how fast and efficient these guys were. My last experience doing the roof of my house took over one year. These guys started and finished my roof within two weeks. they were careful to salvage my gutters. The job came out beautiful. They were super clean. I couldn't be more happy. I recommend them 150%. Great Job!!!!
